As DocuSign evolves beyond being solely an e-signature company, it introduces a powerful new platform: Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM). IAM is designed to transform how organizations manage their agreements by integrating artificial intelligence (AI) and automation throughout the agreement lifecycle.
The IAM platform introduces key components:
DocuSign Navigator – An AI-powered repository that centralizes agreements' storage, management, and analysis, converting unstructured documents into structured, actionable data.
DocuSign Maestro – A no-code workflow engine that enables users to build customized agreement workflows, automating tasks such as document generation, approvals, and notifications—without writing a single line of code.
I’m currently working on redefining the self-serve strategy by introducing new IAM offerings. The goal is to reposition DocuSign’s AI capabilities across plan & pricing, checkout, in-product expansion, and subscription management.
The new Plan & Pricing page design includes:
End-to-end experience design
Creation of a new design system
Content strategy and marketing messaging
Animation design to enhance user engagement
This work spans close collaboration with product managers, the brand team, content strategists, legal, web operations, and executive leadership.
